I know that this is from the past (and an argument I have to deal with daily at work, but in this case it doesn't cost money :D)

can we have a new dns entry added for ubb.mfba.org ? (because that's how it's always been! ... argument I have to fight at work)

:) pretty please? (my fingers keep hitting ubb.mfba.org when I need to access the site) .. maybe even a temporary thing (for those like me that there memory muscle puts this address in)

Or even .. as a compromise ... a static html page that says "we've moved... please go to www.mfba.org )

I can make that happen. Ubb.mfba.org coming right up. Will take a few hours to clear the root server cache.

Ok I just needed to add the binding to the forum site. No DNS changes required since it was already there. I tested it and it works perfectly.

doh ...

Invalid Redirect URL (http://ubb.mfba.org/)

www.fbody.us does the same

(right after tying to logging in)

ya i want ubb.mfba.org to auto redirect to www.mfba.org using DNS, same for www.fbody.us

I can do this via the web server but I think via DNS is better.

Got it. I'll take a look at it. I should've tried to log in.

Ok I don't have the ability to URL redirect in DNS. I had to create the site and do a 302 redirect. That fixed it for ubb.mfba.org

Ok I just setup www.fbody.us (http://www.fbody.us) to be redirected to www.mfba.org
again has to setup a site then use a 302 redirect to make it happen. Nonetheless it works perfectly like that. Might help us with google.
